Amanda is a Chartered and HCPC‑registered Occupational Psychologist with 30+ years’ experience in consultancy and research with UK and global public, private and third sector organisations. 

At PeopleScout she directs psychology services and thought leadership on how AI is impacting assessment practice and strategy, and leads the team of psychologists in delivering evidence‑based diagnostics, data‑driven insight and high‑impact, fair assessment solutions that demonstrably strengthen talent quality and organisational outcomes.

David Deller,
Solutions and Assessment Operations Director

Has over a decade of experience in end-to-end recruitment processes and operations. At PeopleScout, David is responsible for our new solutions, ensuring our clients achieving future focused, cost-effective RPO solutions that meet their business needs. Additionally, David is responsible for our Assessment Delivery function, and leads the team that deliver assessment solutions from small scale psychometric testing, through to large scale face to face and virtual assessment centres.
